A pale yellow crystal of Alsatian origin with a glimpse of spring greenery. Unique in its ability to express the mineral characteristics of soils. In combination with aromas of grapefruit and gooseberry creates a colorful and noble bouquet. We gave it oily substance and roundness, with a note of dried herbs.

Place the bottle in a champagne bucket, fill with ice cubes and add water. Leave for at least 15 minutes before serving.
