The ruby flag of Bordeaux raised over five continents decorates our vineyards. In this wine, we have brought to the fore the fragrances of wild berries and black currants, while retaining a note of red pepper. Tannin gives classic texture for red wines. Clay soils give juiciness to taste, therefore natural astringency is shifted towards spicy accents.

Serve at the temperature of 10–16 ° C.
The authors recommend grilled meat dishes for this wine. The best choice is lamb ham with rosemary.

Place the bottle in a champagne bucket, fill with ice cubes and add water. Leave for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Grasp the base of the bottle and twist it gently away from the cork (rather than twisting the cork away from the bottle). Gently remove the cork.
